Gao Yang has served as Director of Human Resources at EGA Spectro Alloys since 2026. With more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience, she has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, cultivating talent, and fostering workplace cultures where employees can thrive.

Throughout her career, Ms. Yang has led strategic human resources initiatives, developed and implemented organizational policies and programs, and partnered with executive leadership to strengthen organizational performance and support business growth.

Ms. Yang earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University.
